Refund policy

At Little Kuma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

To lodge a return, please email Hello@littlekuma.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be approved.

 

Faulty Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or if you have been delivered the incorrect item, we offer a full refund with free shipping if reported within 30 days of receiving the garment. Please email us at hello@littlekuma.com.au within 30 days of receipt with an image of the fault and your Order Number for further review.

 

Store Credit: For returns within 30 days of receiving your items, we offer a store credit. Please ensure the items are returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and that they have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Customised items are not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges.

 

Credit Notes: Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are for the original order amount (excluding postage). We will email you a unique code, issued as a gift card, to be entered upon checkout.

 

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are not included in credit notes. If your original order was eligible for Free Shipping (orders over $150) once your return item is discounted from your original order value and is now under $150, you will be responsible for shipping costs as your order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping.

 

Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
